









Q. Is the service you offer really free of charge?
A. Yes, we will supply you with the Internet Kiosk, PC, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Workstation, Chair, and Broadband and install it completely free of charge. We will then pay you 20% of all the money received.
Q. Will I be tied into a contract though?
A. No, You will only sign an agreement saying you have agreed to our terms, you agree give 3 months notice to stop service and you agree pay a security deposit on the unit £99.00 refundable upon cancelation. You will agree that the unit is insured under your business insurance and any damage will be covered to the unit.
Q. How many Internet Kiosks can I have?
A. We will carry out a site survey and suggest a suitable amount of kiosks to cater for the needs of your customers. This may be anything from 1 to 20 kiosks depending on the size and type of location.
Q. Do you offer this free service to any business?
A. In most cases yes. However, in some small businesses where only one Internet Kiosk is required we may ask you to provide the Broadband access.
Q. How do I apply?

Q. How long will it take for you to install the Kiosks?
A. From the initial order we will carry out a site survey within a few days and establish the suitability of your location. We will also require use of an existing telephone line to attach the Broadband connection to. Please note your normal telephone service will not be affected.
Once we have offered you the kiosks and you are happy to proceed it may take between 7 and 28 days for the Broadband facility to be activated. During this time we will install all the equipment normally within about 2 hours depending on the size of the order.
Q. What happens if I have a technical problem?
A. The Internet Kiosks are designed as a standalone machine to minimise the need for maintenance and repair. We can remotely access all the machines to repair and/or upgrade the machines at any time. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs and cannot be fixed remotely we will aim to send an engineer to your premises within 24 hours. But don’t worry a member of our sales team will call in every day and clean machine and get to know you very well and help grow your service.
Q. I am worried about internet security and customers browsing illegal websites. How do you combat this?
A. Our machines are installed with powerful anti-virus software and updated daily to protect against all kinds of virus, spyware and malware.
Machines are also installed with a filtering program to prohibit users from accessing illegal content such as pornography, file sharing, etc.We will work closely to make sure you were clad you called us.
